It has up stairs pattern. Whether up stairs or down stairs, it indicates there is strong or super intensity. Have a look on picture, there are three blocks with different value. From the smallest value (yellow block - 12) goes to a higher (green block - 14) and highest value (blue block - 26).
An up stair/down stair must be arranged with three blocks, and then see for a highest value at the up/down stairs formation. We didn't count red block, since it's not part of up/down stairs pattern.
The highest value of up/down stair in this example, indicates their super intention to act something strongly. And when you see it, it will ended on blue block, which means, he/she has strong intention that typically melancholic, See basic understanding.
